At Wster Speaker, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your Bluetooth speaker must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it (no scratches, dents, or water damage).

It must be in the original packaging with all original accessories included (charging cables, auxiliary cables, manuals, and protective inserts).

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please Note: We cannot accept returns for speakers that have been modified, disassembled, or damaged due to user error (e.g., water damage on non-waterproof models).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at sales@wsterspeaker.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will notify you of the status of your refund immediately after inspecting the item.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Timing: You should receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item (e.g., a replacement due to Bluetooth connectivity issues), send us an email at sales@wsterspeaker.com.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like:

Downloadable software products

Clearance items (only regular priced items may be refunded)
