Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long does shipping take?

Once you place your order, we process it within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package hits the road.

Where is my tracking number?

Check your email inbox (and your spam folder, just in case). You will receive an automated email titled "Your Order is on the Way" with a link to track your package.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your new gear. If you aren't satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: The item must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories included.
  • The Cost: You will receive a full refund for the item itself. Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
My speaker arrived damaged. What do I do?

If your unit arrived with a dent, scratch, or mechanical issue, contact us immediately. We will replace it at no cost to you. Please take a photo of the damage and email it to us on Contact page so we can file a claim and get a fresh unit sent to you.

How do I start a return?

Email our support team at Contact page with your Order Number and the reason for the return. We will send you instructions on where to ship the unit.

Product & Tech Specs

Does the solar charging really work?

Yes, the solar panels on our "Off-Road" and "Sport" models are functional! However, please note that solar charging is designed for battery maintenance and emergency power.
For a full, fast charge, we highly recommend plugging the unit into a wall outlet or USB port using the provided cable. Think of the solar panel as a "trickle charger" to extend your playtime while you're outside.

Will this connect to my phone?

Absolutely. All our models feature Bluetooth 5.0 (or similar) and pair easily with iPhone, Android, iPads, and laptops.

Can I play music without a phone?

Yes. This is a favorite feature for many of our customers. Most models come equipped with:

  • FM Radio Tuner
  • TF/SD Card Slot (Load your MP3s onto a card)
  • USB Port (Plug in a thumb drive)

How do I turn on the lights?

On most models, the LED headlights and taillights can be toggled on or off by holding down the "Mode" or "Light" button. This lets you save battery during the day and show off the glow at night.

Payment & Orders

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Can I cancel my order?

We try to ship fast. If you need to cancel, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, we cannot cancel it, but you can return it once it arrives.
